How to enable all fonts?
In the free use of eMashq, you have only one font available.
You must have a paid subscription to enable all fonts and all features.
If you have an issue after you bought a subscription, please refer to your case below:
I just bought a subscription but only one font is available!
Depending on regions, the fonts may take One (1) hour to be available in your account.
In the meantime, to check that your paid subscription is enabled, the feature of SVG Export must be already enabled in your My Artworks space.
For the fonts issue, please refresh the opened artwork in the calligraphy editor page after the one hour, then if you are still not showing all fonts, please contact us.
I bought a subscription but it doesn’t appear on my account!
Once paid, the subscription is automatically enabled into your account.
If you have multiple accounts, please check the account with witch you where logged to pay your subscription.
If you didn’t receive the purchase confirmation eMail nether the subscription is enabled in your account, please contact us.

How to enable my account?
Please avoid registering with Microsoft eMails like hotmail, msn, outlook and live.
We suppose that you created a new account but you did not receive the verification eMail.
I didn’t receive the verification eMail!
This eMail is necessary to enable your account. In case you didn’t receive it, try to find it in your spam box (in that case, please check it as a non spam). If still not found, try to login again and ask to send again the verification eMail.
You may also mistaken the email address when registering so try to register again and then check your email and spam boxes. If you still encunter a problem, please whrite us to :
Delete my account
We’re sorry to see you go and sincerely hope to welcome you back in the near future.
To delete your account, simply go to the Delete Account page, enter your password, and confirm your decision.
⚠️ Warning: This action is irreversible. All your data, including your artworks, will be permanently deleted. Please make sure to save anything important before proceeding.

What is a subscription?
A subscription to a service or product allows you to benefit from it on a recurring basis, typically measured over a specific period such as a month or a year.
How do I subscribe?
To subscribe, simply purchase a service labeled “Subscribe”. This creates a recurring purchase that renews automatically at the end of each period.
How do I unsubscribe?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling stops the renewal of the subscription at the end of the already paid period. Until the end of this period, you will continue to enjoy the service.
To cancel a subscription, go to My Account, section Subscriptions and click on “Show” then on “Cancel” and approve your choice.
How can I change the subscription period?
To change the subscription period for the same product or service, you need to cancel the current subscription first. Once it ends, you can subscribe again with the desired period.
Can I subscribe to another service or product while having an ongoing subscription?
Yes, you can subscribe to another service or product while having an ongoing subscription, as long as the new service is different. If the service is the same but you want to change the subscription period, please refer to the previous question.
Enjoy a Discount on Your Current Subscription
Promotions may sometimes offer a reduced price for the same subscription you are currently enrolled in. To take advantage of this, simply cancel your current subscription and then subscribe to the new offer at the reduced rate.
